Elected members, urban planners, designers, thinkers, architects, artists…, attempt to build cities which reply to particular and collective needs, provide a good quality of life, guarantee a balance between diverse activities.
To achieve this mission, urban planning requires rules which are sometimes questioned, on purpose or not, by surprising and funny behaviours.
Are they a sign of the human stupidity ? Or some provocation ? Or maybe an expression a of the limits of the town planning ? I believe cities are “living beings” and those attitudes show that it’s necessary to regularly update urban planning by observing the evolution of the urban metabolism.
