One of the current rules behind building efficient cities is “compactness” or more precisely the intensity. The idea is mostly to save surface area and limit the urban sprawl. Nevertheless, most of the metropolis are already pretty dense. Free areas are rare and therefore valuable. But if you’re lucky, you could, walking in the street, face urban potentialities such as wildernesses, unoccupied buildings, parking – which are gold nugget for cities and photographers. Here you can find a selection of some that I discovered.
